The emergence of Consolidators Association of India ( CAI ) is a historic development and a perfect example of excellence in adversity.
CAI was formed in year 2003 when logistics industry was going through a challenging patch of port congestion and was facing infrastructure issues of inadequate Container Freight Station Space, lack of proper transport and container handling equipments at port of Nhava Sheva.
In this fast changing world of globalisation and merging international markets, industry associations play a very vital role in the growth and development of business. In view of this, Consolidators Association of India ( CAI ) came into existence to protect and promote the interest of consolidators at international level so that they could continue to benefit the exim trade by providing competitive transaction cost for export and import of LCL Cargoes with top notch quality service.
